FAQ's private lodging tenants:

Whom and when do I pay my bill?

The contract is concluded between the host and the guest. You pay your host the agreed price for overnight stays. Payment will be made by agreement with the host by prepayment, by the 15. of the month or at month end and you receive a bill by request. A lease for longer stays may be required to arrange with the host.

Do I pay a commission?

Our service is free for those seeking rooms. We receive a commission from the host, it is included in the room rate and may not be added to the price for the night. In either case the rent is equal to or more favorable than for direct bookings.

Is it possible to rent the room for longer?

The hosts are individuals and are not committed to house guests. Would you like to extend your stay, just ask your host locally. He probably will rejoice about another accommodation.

I do not like the room. Do I have to pay?

If you do not like the room or the reality on the ground, you can cancel free of charge on day of arrival until 18:00 clock if you have not made other arrangement with the host. In this case, you can contact us and we will help you find an alternative accommodation.

What happens if I do not need a room at short notice any more?

If there is no other agreement with the host, you may cancel your accommodation daily without any costs. In this case you only pay those days, which you have slept in the private lodging.

Do I have to deposit a security?

For most hosts, no deposit will be charged. Deviating agreements will be agreed with the host before booking.

Do you consider my special needs?

Special requests are welcome and can be communicated directly to the request. Frequently non- smoking rooms, a parking, or an internet connection are demanded. We respect your wishes in the range determination.

Can I bring my pet with me?

If you want to bring your pet with you, please let us know in the request for a private lodging. We will suggest you owner, which allow an animal husbandry.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only permitted in private lodgings, where the owner allows this explicitly. Please let us know whether you are looking for a smoking-private lodging or not.

What kind of accommodation can I rent?

There will be demand for private lodgings of all classes and mediated by us. From a simple room for assemblers with the minimum requirements (furnished with bed, wardrobe, table, toilet and shower facility - even with a shared bath) to a furnished apartment.
Single and shared rooms for multiple person, one-room apartments, residential basement, single dwellings. Everything is in demand

Can I offer multiple objects?

You can give us multiple private lodgings for mediation gladly.

What will this cost me?

You contact us so that we can arrange your room. Only if we could mediate a guest to you and he also stayed with you, you pay a percentage commission which is calculated from the turnover. If the guest cancels or is leaving earlier you won't have to pay anything.

Am I obligated to house each guest after contacting?

No of course not. We ask you in each case if you want to provide your accommodation. You have the opptortunity to decide on each request if you want to house the guest.

What happens if the guest wants to leave prematurely?

Even the guest has the right to decide on the spot if he wants to stay with you. A free cancellation is possible until 18:00 on the day of arrival if no other agreement has been reached. The guest is collected from you and has booked for three weeks, but would like eg leave for two weeks, subject to the cancellation policy you have taken with the guest. Typically, in this case 80% of the total amount due.
